Bookings are accepted on the condition that guests have their own comprehensive travel insurance to cover all eventualities.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit; (which is refundable, net of finance costs, up to 45 days before arrival).

The balance is payable in full by 45 days before arrival.
More than 45 days prior to reservation, the deposit is returned net of bank charges.
Cancellations within 45 days of arrival forfeit the full payment. (Except if travel is prevented by Government or Pandemic related travel restrictions, either to Kenya, or from the guest’s home country.)

All bookings are accepted on the specif- ic condition that Chilworth Its (The Emakoko). acts only as the reservations office for the properties, and assumes no liability whatsoever for any reason, including, but not limited to: injuries, damages, loss, accidents or delay to person or property.
