Chef Steve is always on the look out for new recipes, in particular those that he can adapt to have a ‘Swahilli flavour’. Our menus range from British and French influences to Thai and Indian, all of which are carefully put together to ensure that even the most conservative eater will be delighted. Lunches are accompanied by salads fresh from our garden and we have tried at all costs to use local produce in all of our meals. Our team of free-range chickens produce the most wonderful eggs which are a great way to start any day.
